‘I Don’t Pay Tithe To Churches’ – Actor, Zubby Michael Speaks On Street Donations

Nollywood actor, Zubby Michael has opened up on his support to needy Nigerians, announcing that he donates millions to the streets as his tithe.

The 41-year-old, while speaking during an interview with Broadway TV, explained that he would rather donate 10% of his earnings to the needy than to a church.

Michael also claimed that he is the richest actor, revealing that he recently made a sum of N102 million from a movie role.

He said, “Not to brag but I am the richest actor. The last time I checked my book, I realised that I have made N102 million from artist’s fee lately. Not in my whole career but just of recent.

“I donated N10.2 million, which is 10 per cent of the money to the needy on the street. I don’t pay tithe to the church. I don’t go to the church. I don’t believe in paying tithe to the church,” he explained.
