Young Nigerian graduates have been encouraged to apply for the Nigerian Youth Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), a federal initiative designed to equip youths with practical workplace experience and professional skills.

The programme provides participants with hands-on training, mentorship opportunities, career development support, and exposure to real work environments aimed at preparing them for long-term career success.

Beneficiaries of the programme are also entitled to monthly stipends of up to ₦150,000 during the fellowship period, offering financial support while they gain industry experience.

Eligible graduates across Delta State have been urged to take advantage of the opportunity to enhance their employability, build professional networks, and contribute meaningfully to national development.

The initiative is expected to empower young Nigerians with relevant skills and workplace knowledge needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
