In a landmark achievement for international real estate education, Lifecard University, in partnership with the Qatar Real Estate Academy, has graduated more than 100 students in Doha after the completion of a comprehensive real estate school of business mentorship programme.

The graduation ceremony in the Qatari capital marks the high point of a rigorous and transformational six-month educational training, designed to equip participants with practical, global-standard real estate knowledge, investment strategies, and valuation expertise.

The programme, designed by Lifecard University, founded and run by renowned serial entrepreneur Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, was delivered through a blend of mentorship and institutional excellence. Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, a globally recognised real estate investor, wealth coach, and CEO of Lifecard International Investment Limited, led the mentorship arm of the programme.

Recognised for building systems that have economically liberated and empowered thousands in Africa and beyond, Grace Ofure is widely respected for her efforts in raising financially intelligent investors and creating structured pathways into global real estate markets.

On the institutional front, the training was strengthened by the Qatar Real Estate Academy through its internationally aligned Real Estate Executive Training framework. A key contributor to this excellence is Adrian Camps, FRICS, ACIArb, Training Director and Head of Valuation at Capstone Property, whose expertise in valuation and professional standards added significant global credibility to the programme. The involvement of Camps gave fillip to the programme’s alignment with international best practices in real estate training, valuation, and advisory.

The Lifecard University graduates were tutored and trained across key global markets including Africa, the Gulf region, and the United States, positioning them as globally competitive real estate professionals. The programme emphasised not just knowledge, but execution, equipping students with real-world frameworks for investment, development, and portfolio growth.

Speaking on the programme, a representative of Lifecard University said, “This is more than a graduation; it is the emergence of a new class of globally positioned real estate professionals. Our commitment is to build excellence through structure, systems, and strategic global partnerships.”

The collaboration between Lifecard University and the Qatar Real Estate Academy represents a significant step in bridging mentorship-driven learning with internationally recognised academic and professional standards. It establishes a clear pathway for individuals seeking not just local success, but global relevance in real estate.

Meanwhile, following the successful graduation ceremony of its inaugural Real Estate cohort class, Lifecard University has announced that enrollment is now open for the next intake of the Real Estate School of Business mentorship program.
