Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law, Dr Monday Ubani.

Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Dr Monday Ubani, has renewed his pledge to uphold justice, integrity, ethical leadership and selfless service to God and humanity.

The senior lawyer, who recently earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Babcock University, expressed gratitude to God for what he described as His unwavering faithfulness, mercy and guidance throughout his life and career, as he celebrated his 62nd birthday on Sunday.

In a statement issued to commemorate his birthday, Ubani said his personal and professional accomplishments were products of divine grace.

“As I celebrate another year of God’s faithfulness, I return all the glory to Him for His mercy, guidance and unfailing love throughout my personal and professional journey. Every achievement I have recorded has been made possible by His grace,” he said.

Ubani, a former chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch, former Vice President of the NBA and former Chairman of the NBA Section on Public Interest and Development Law, said he remained committed to advancing the cause of justice and contributing to national development.

“I remain resolute in promoting justice, ethical leadership and community development. These ideals will continue to guide my service to God, humanity and our nation,” he stated.

Ubani, who is the first Senior Advocate of Nigeria from Ikwuano, Abia State, also serves as Legal Adviser to the President of the Senate, Assemblies of God Nigeria, and provides legal advisory services to several corporate and charitable organisations.

He thanked his family, friends, colleagues and associates for their unwavering support and prayers over the years.

“I sincerely appreciate my family, friends, colleagues and associates for their steadfast support, encouragement and prayers. I look forward to greater opportunities to continue serving God and society with dedication and humility,” he added.

Ubani expressed optimism about the future, saying he remained committed to making meaningful contributions to the legal profession, the church and the nation.
