Nigerian Juju and highlife singer Iyun Janet Oluwatoyosi Ajilore, popularly known as St. Janet is died.
New Telegraph gathered that St Janet died on Saturday, August 1 2026, after a brief illness.
Confirming her death, Nigerian publisher and socialite, Otunba Femi Davies, announced the singer’s passage on Sunday morning, August 2, in a Facebook post.

“St Janet (Iyun Janet Ajilore), a popular Nigerian Juju and Highlife musician known for her vibrant live performances, energetic stage presence and socially unfiltered party tracks, is dead.
“She died after a brief illness on Saturday,” he said.
Sunday Telegraph recalls that St Janet was widely celebrated for her unique style and energetic performances that earned her a strong fan base within the Juju music community, both at home and abroad.
