Real estate entrepreneur, King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, as “small money.”

The billionaire businessman made the remark during a TikTok livestream on Monday following netizens reactions to the gift days after the couple’s star-studded traditional wedding held in Lagos.

Speaking during the live session with his children, Ochacho said the value of the luxury property was insignificant to him and his family, comparing it to just ₦400.

“₦400 million is no money. ₦400 million is just ₦400 as far as Ice King, Money Man and Ochacho Real Estate are concerned. It’s small money to them,” he said.

Explaining the reason behind the lavish wedding gift, Ochacho praised Peller’s character, describing the popular content creator as someone with a generous heart.

According to him, the mansion in Abuja is only the beginning of the gifts he intends to give the newlywed.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give.

“But Peller, let me tell you the truth. That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller. The next one I’ll give to Peller, they will off light in this country. They shouldn’t worry. That house is going to be the smallest gift I’ll give to him,” he added.

The real estate mogul had announced the mansion gift during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding reception, disclosing that the property is located in Abuja and worth ₦400 million.

Beyond the wedding celebration, Ochacho also unveiled plans to sponsor the education of selected Nigerian students as part of the birthday celebration of his son, Ice King on Thursday.

He said students with genuine school fee invoices would have their fees paid directly to their schools, adding that beneficiaries would be selected from across the country.

The mansion gift fulfilled a promise King Ochacho had earlier made to Peller during the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he pledged to support the TikTok star with a major wedding present.
