The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency, Hon. Seles Saboh, has unveiled a nine-point agenda centred on youth and women empowerment, education, healthcare, infrastructure and inclusive development.
Saboh, who is seeking election to represent the constituency in the House of Representatives, said his aspiration was driven by a commitment to serve the people and attract meaningful development to communities across the constituency.
In a statement issued to constituents on Friday, the candidate said his focus, if elected, would be on delivering tangible results for the people of Sagbama and Ekeremor.
“By the grace of God and with your support, my focus will be on delivering real results for Sagbama/Ekeremor,” he said.
The nine-point agenda covers quality representation; youth empowerment; women empowerment; education; healthcare; infrastructure; agriculture and the blue economy; security and community development; as well as transparency and accountability.
On quality representation, Saboh pledged to provide what he described as “a strong and accessible voice” for the constituency at the National Assembly.
He said his youth empowerment programme would focus on skills acquisition, entrepreneurship support, information and communication technology (ICT) training and job creation initiatives.
