Media personality Toke Makinwa has officially introduced her daughter, Yakira, to the public, marking the child’s first birthday with a heartfelt celebration.

Makinwa shared photos of Yakira on her social media pages, making it the first time the little girl’s face has been revealed since her birth. 

The unveiling comes just days after Makinwa disclosed plans to fly her daughter to London for a lavish birthday party.

Reflecting on her journey into motherhood, Makinwa said the experience has transformed her outlook and given her a new status. 

“Y’all need to chat with me differently now. I’m the mother of a one-year-old,” she joked in a video message.She also expressed gratitude to God, noting that she had been blessed with a healthy child and that her prayers during pregnancy had been answered.

The announcement has sparked excitement among fans, many of whom have followed Makinwa’s personal journey closely and celebrated this milestone alongside her.
