Liberian actor and producer, Frank Artus, has warned social media activist, VeryDarkMan, to stay out of the ongoing family dispute involving members of the Okoye family.

Artus issued the warning on Sunday while reacting to a series of posts by VeryDarkMan in which the activist defended Jude Okoye amid the ongoing financial dispute between the music executive and his younger brother, Peter Okoye of the P-Square duo.

Akelicious reports that Peter had accused his twin brother, Paul Okoye, and their elder brother, Jude, who also served as the duo’s manager, of alleged financial betrayal and diversion of the group’s royalties into an account allegedly belonging to Jude and his wife, Ifeoma.

In support of Peter, their elder brother, Henry Okoye, also accused Jude of withholding his 20 per cent share of P-Square’s earnings, describing him as a bad person.

However, VeryDarkMan, who has released several videos online defending Jude, dismissed Peter’s allegations as false.

Reacting to VeryDarkMan’s intervention, Artus urged the activist to stay away from the Okoye family dispute, while acknowledging his contributions to the Nigerian community.

“VeryDarkMan, stay off this. Trust me. You’re a highly respected person. I followed you, and I followed the tremendous efforts you made within the Nigerian community.

“As long as it comes to the Okoye family, stay off it. You’ve given all the different evidence. Perfect, just stay off this.

“Maintain the respect. Maintain what you would continue to do for the Nigerian community,” Artus told VeryDarkMan.

Artus also expressed his support for Peter, saying he believed fans would ultimately determine the truth of the matter.

“Mr P, the episodes said it all. The fans will judge for you,” he added.
