The South Korea Football Association will escape sanctions from FIFA after they admitted they paid for sex services for visiting refeeres.
This is because the events occured more than 10 years ago and the statutes of limitations has expired.
The scandal covered the qualifying matches for the 2014 World Cup and 2014 Olympics.
About 12 referees benefitted from the sex services.
Korea were undefeated in the seven home games in question, winning five and drawing two.
The Korea football association have apologised for this scandal, insisting such is no longer the practise.
