Ten years after Jamie Vardy made history, he remains the player with the longest Premier League goalscoring streak, having scored in 11 consecutive matches.

The Leicester City striker achieved the feat between August 29 and November 28, 2015, during the club’s unforgettable 2015/16 title-winning campaign.

Vardy’s scoring run broke the previous record held by Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy, who had scored in 10 successive league appearances between March 22 and August 23, 2003.
