Kamarie Holland was just a five-year-old who, as five-year-olds do, went to play, to be happy, and to be loved. Cute as a pie, she obviously lived for dolls, hair ribbons, exciting stories, and other related matters. But other significant others in her life wanted something else for her. Something dark, something bizarre. In comes forty-two-year-old Jeremy Williams of Alabama in the United States, clearly a friend of five-year-old Kamarie’s mother. A deal was struck, and Kamarie’s mum handed over her five-year-old to Jeremy Williams, knowing what was going to happen to her daughter, for two thousand five hundred dollars.
What happened next is a tale for horror movies. Jeremy Williams raped five-year-old Kamarie after sodomising her and then murdered her. All of this while filming the brutal act. So, so sad. Kamarie’s mum, Kristy Siple, who handed over her daughter to a rapist and murderer in 2021, is currently serving a 20-year jail term for murder and human trafficking in connection with the death of her daughter. She accepted payment from someone for having sexual intercourse with her minor child. Kamarie’s body was found in an abandoned building in Alabama. Her mother, a drug addict, was aware of what was to happen to her daughter, including sodomy, rape and the filming of the act.
Jeremy Williams had earlier been suspected in the death of his infant daughter in Alaska.
For his crime against Kamarie in 2021, he paid the supreme price last week. Death by lethal injection in a correctional facility in Atmore, Alabama. I am beside myself in sadness with so much horror in the world.
The rape of minors is becoming a thing in the world today. What happens to persons with such twisted minds? How closely are we watching our children? Who is minding them? Who are we trusting with our children? The press is awash with these stories every day. Who says your neighbour is not a rapist? Who says your brother is not one? What about your babysitter?
In 2014, a father walked into his home and found a trusted family friend who was entrusted with minding his 11-year-old son abusing his son. He beat this minder, Raymond Frolander, to a pulp. Police never charged the father, saying he did what a father should do in the circumstances.
Frolander went to jail for 25 years after admitting that he had been abusing the boy since he was 8 years old. While this happened in Florida, nowhere is excluded. Please keep an eye on your children. It’s a twisted, twisted world.
