Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Cassi, has been evicted from the reality show after receiving 5.27 per cent of the votes in the fourth week of the reality show.

Cassi, whose real name is Ezenwoke Nwosu, was evicted during the live show on Sunday, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

His exit makes him the fourth housemate to be evicted from the “Show Ya Sef” season, following the departures of Martins, Mercedes, and Kamsy. Neche also left the house voluntarily last week, shortly after Kamsy’s eviction.

Cassi was among eight housemates placed on the eviction list during the week. The other nominees were Araga, Gerard, Goddessa, Nomy, Temi Nkem, Tram, and Yusuf.

The voting results showed Nomy with 10.84 per cent, Goddessa with 6.76 per cent, while Cassi polled 5.27 per cent.

Cassi’s eviction came despite his strong performances on some tasks during his four-week stay in the house. He won the Week Four Arena Games and also distinguished himself in several brand-related tasks.

The 27-year-old entrepreneur, actor, realtor, model, and forex trader joined the show as the 24th and final housemate. He was also known for his interests in drawing, painting and chiropractic therapy.

A relatively low-key personality marked his journey in the house compared with some of the more outspoken housemates. However, he remained competitive in tasks and engaged in the game’s strategic and social dynamics.

Most Influential Player

While Cassi’s eviction dominated the live show, Abi also emerged as one of the biggest winners of the week after being named the Most Influential Player.

Her recognition comes after she became the Head of House for Week Four, extending the run of female housemates dominating the position.

Abi defeated Chimsom Chuka in the final stage of the Head of House challenge after both housemates advanced from the semi-final round. The final challenge, tagged “Copy and Paste”, tested their memory and ability to position a series of images correctly.

Chimsom finished as the runner-up and secured immunity from nominations.

Abi subsequently faced an unexpected twist when Biggie gave her the power to nominate three members of her own winning team for possible eviction.

During the Conspiracy Hour, her team initially agreed to save Bells and Bluethopia. Abi was then required to select three housemates from her team to face possible eviction, choosing Aikou, Araga and Yusuf.

The twist altered the week’s nomination dynamics and reinforced Abi’s influence over the house.

Her emergence as Most Influential Player is also significant because she became the first female housemate to receive the title this season. Earlier in the competition, Chimsom Chuka held the distinction, while Sultex was recognised as the Most Influential Player for the preceding week.

Twists, drama week

Week Four was marked by several changes to the usual nomination format, continuing Big Brother’s strategy of introducing twists to the competition.

The week began with Abi taking control as Head of House. Her team initially secured immunity, but Biggie later changed the rules by requiring her to nominate three members of her own team.

The nomination process eventually produced the eight-housemate eviction list that included Cassi, Araga, Gerard, Goddessa, Nomy, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf.

The week also featured tensions among housemates, including disagreements involving Oyin and Chimsom Chuka, as well as developments around Temi Nkem, Keivo and Tram.

There were also growing romantic interests and alliances within the house, with Yusuf expressing feelings for Bells and Ricky making attempts to get closer to Goddessa.

The housemates also faced the consequences of repeated rule violations, with ₦5 million deducted from the prize pot.

Neche’s voluntary exit

Cassi’s eviction also comes a week after an unexpected departure from the house.

On 16 August, shortly after Kamsy was evicted, Neche, who was the Head of House at the time, voluntarily left the competition.

Her departure was attributed by the organisers to pressing personal matters requiring her immediate attention.

Kamsy, who left the show earlier that night, had become the third housemate to be evicted after Martins and Mercedes were evicted the previous week.

The exits have continued to reshape the competition as the remaining housemates battle for the ₦160 million grand prize.

With Cassi’s departure, the competition now enters its fifth week, with the remaining housemates facing another round of tasks, nominations, alliances, and possible evictions.

Season 11 premiered on 26 July, 2026, with 24 housemates entering the “Show Ya Sef” house.

The season introduced several new twists, including the Gambit concept, Conspiracy Hour, and the Most Influential Player system, which has added a new layer of strategy to the competition.
