President Bola Ahmed Tinubu says his administration has fulfilled the promises it made during the 2023 election campaign and has placed Nigeria on the path to economic growth.

Tinubu made the statement while urging officials appointed to lead his 2027 re-election campaign to highlight the achievements of his administration across the country.

The President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a statement issued on Saturday.

“We have fulfilled our campaign promises and placed our country on the path of economic growth,” Tinubu said.

The President said Nigeria had moved beyond the difficult period it was facing and was now close to benefiting from an economy that would improve the lives of its citizens.

He urged campaign officials to showcase the administration’s achievements and “spread hope to every corner of the country.”

Tinubu also called on members of the campaign committee to work together with other APC members who were not included in the committee.
