Liverpool will face Tottenham in the standout tie of the Carabao Cup third round, while the Premier League clubs competing in Europe enter the competition at this stage.
Manchester United have been drawn against Brighton, while holders Manchester City will host Norwich.
Arsenal travel to Ipswich, and Aston Villa face Coventry away from home.
Bournemouth will take on Lincoln, while Sunderland have been paired with Hull. Newcastle travel to Millwall, with Everton hosting Wolves.
Fleetwood, the only fourth-tier side remaining in the competition, have been handed a home tie against Sheffield United.
