The Federal Government has announced Friday, May 1, 2026, as a public holiday in commemoration of International Workers’ Day.

 

The declaration was issued by the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, who conveyed the government’s message while congratulating Nigerian workers.
