Osun state Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, Hon. George Ibitayo Alabi,on Saturday tasked the people of the state to support the re-election of Governor Ademola Adeleke come August 15, 2026.

Hon. Alabi in his August message to the people of Osun state tagged “August of Hope” maintained that the only way to consolidate the gains Governor Adeleke’s administration was by voting for him in the governorship election.

He pointed out that “the administration of Governor Adeleke has continued to deliver impactful governance through massive infrastructural renewal, improved healthcare, quality education, enhanced welfare programmes, and people-centred policies that have positively transformed lives across Osun state”.

The Commissioner stressed “These achievements deserve to be sustained and expanded”, adding, “As we welcome the month of August, I extend my warm felicitations to the good people of Osun State and pray that this new month ushers in peace, divine favour, abundant blessings, and greater accomplishments for every family”.

“August is a month of hope, renewed commitment, and a defining moment in the history of our dear state. It offers us another opportunity to deepen the progress we have collectively witnessed under the purposeful leadership of our performing Governor, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke”, he said.

The Commissioner added, “The administration of Governor Adeleke has continued to deliver impactful governance through massive infrastructural renewal, improved healthcare, quality education, enhanced welfare programmes, and people-centred policies that have positively transformed lives across Osun state”.

“These achievements deserve to be sustained and expanded.I therefore call on all eligible voters across the state to remain steadfast and united in support of the Governor as we approach the forthcoming governorship election”.

Hon Alabi noted, “Let us come out peacefully and in large numbers to cast our votes for continuity, stability, and sustained development. Together, we can consolidate the gains of the present administration and secure an even brighter future for our dear state.”
