Chelsea striker Joao Pedro has signed a new long-term contract with the Premier League club, extending his stay at Stamford Bridge until 2032, with an option for a further two years.
The Brazilian forward’s new deal reinforces Chelsea’s commitment to the 24-year-old following an impressive debut season at the club.
Joao Pedro joined Chelsea from Brighton for a reported £60 million ($82 million) last year and quickly established himself as an important player in the squad.

Joao Pedro also said he had quickly settled in at Chelsea and developed strong relationships within the club.
“I have a very good relationship with everyone here at the club and I have felt at home here in London from the moment that I joined,” he added.
