Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Zamfara North senatorial aspirant, has vowed to continue his campaign despite a pending court case challenging the party’s primary election.

Speaking to journalists in Gusau on Monday, Shinkafi said his campaign and mobilisation teams would be set up in line with the official schedule, stressing that the legal dispute would not deter him.

“Nobody can intimidate me. I have every right to campaign for the APC and for my candidature. I am confident that, based on what we have presented before the court, we will win the case,” he declared.

Beyond politics, Shinkafi urged the Zamfara State Government to prioritize security, human capital development, and the welfare of residents.

He argued that improved security in Zamfara would positively affect neighbouring states such as Sokoto, Katsina, Kaduna, Kebbi, and Niger.

He advised Governor Dauda Lawal to redirect resources from new projects toward tackling insecurity and improving living conditions, insisting that addressing insecurity must remain the state’s top priority.
