President Bola Tinubu has celebrated the Hausa people, describing them as important pillars who have played a vital role in the unity and progress of Nigeria.

Tinubu stated this in a message commemorating 2026 Hausa Day celebration at the Daura Palace in Katsina State.

The President congratulated the Hausa community on the occasion, highlighting the growing influence of the Hausa language as a major means of communication, unity and commerce.
