Suspected thugs invaded the Ondo State House of Assembly on Thursday morning, following the ongoing impeachment of the Speaker of the Assembly, Hon Olamide Oladiji.
The suspected thugs, according to staff of the Assembly, were from Ondo township, the constituency of the embattled Speaker.
The suspected thugs were said to be moving from one office to another without any mission.
A staff member who spoke on the condition of anonymity said it took the efforts of a member of the Assembly, Olajide Oguntodu, some members and security agencies before the hoodlums could be displaced.
