The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Prince Adedayo Ladega, has honoured seasoned legal practitioner and respected community figure, Barr. Mustapha Olayinka Ajenifuja, with a special prayer session featuring Qur’an recitation as he marks his birthday today.

The prayer was held yesterday, Friday, after the Jumu’ah prayer at the Ikorodu Central Mosque and was led by the Grand Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division, Fadheelat Sheikh Seifudeen Ayinla Ademoritan Olowooribi.

Chief Imams from 29 mosques across Ikorodu Division, including Ratibi mosques, joined the prayer, seeking Almighty Allah’s blessings, protection and guidance for Ajenifuja, an illustrious son of Ikorodu.

As part of the observance, prayer mats, Tasbih and copies of the Qur’an were donated for distribution across mosques in the division.

The clerics prayed for Ajenifuja’s continued good health, wisdom, longevity and greater impact on Ikorodu and society at large.

The gesture reflected Ladega’s appreciation of Ajenifuja’s contributions over the years.

In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Akeem Mustapha, Ladega congratulated Ajenifuja on his birthday and prayed that Almighty Allah would continue to preserve him, grant him peace and fulfilment, and bless him with many more years of good health and purposeful living.
