Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha emerged victorious over controversial street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, after the singer was disqualified during their celebrity boxing rematch held at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The highly anticipated bout, tagged “Unfinished Business,” drew a large crowd of fans eager to witness the rematch following their first encounter, which Portable had won.

Portable started the contest brightly and appeared to have the upper hand during the opening exchanges before the fight descended into chaos as both entertainers became involved in a wrestling-style scuffle.

The situation prompted the referee and security personnel to intervene to restore order inside the ring.

After the first round, Portable walked out of the ring while officials attempted to settle the disruption.

Although he was later persuaded to return, match officials ruled that he had abandoned the contest and subsequently disqualified him.

Charles Okocha was declared the winner by disqualification, a decision that sparked mixed reactions from spectators at the venue.

The rematch followed Okocha’s challenge of the outcome of their first celebrity boxing contest, insisting he deserved another opportunity to face the singer.

Before the fight, Portable had expressed optimism that the event would bring joy to him and his family. However, the evening ended in disappointment for the singer as Okocha claimed victory to settle their long-running rivalry.
