Nigerian actress, Dior Adiele has asked her mother to leave her home, weeks after raising concerns about her brother’s alleged drug addiction and how it has affected her family.

Adiele made the latest disclosure in a series of social media posts, explaining that she wants to focus on her daughter, who also lives in the house.

The actress alleged that her mother’s presence has become a source of distress and accused her of putting a strain on her finances despite years of hard work.

“I want this woman out of my fucking space,” Adiele wrote, adding that her mother was refusing to leave because she had nowhere else to go.

She also claimed that she started paying rent at the age of 16 while living with her mother and siblings.

“My childhood was stolen from me. I started paying rent at 16, in a house I lived in with her and my siblings,” she wrote.

Adiele further alleged that her mother had made her and her siblings homeless on three occasions.

She also claimed that the financial burden affected her ability to invest in properties despite earning money from her work.

“I made money, I made crazy money to afford me some landed properties, but this woman drained my every dime,” she said.

The actress had previously spoken about her brother’s alleged drug addiction, saying his behaviour had become difficult to manage and expressing concern about her daughter living in the same house.

“My daughter needs me; I want to be sane for her. I have been used for too long; I am losing my mind,” she wrote.
